I love the concept but the color was tinted orange. There was no true white anywhere so the ornament was difficult to see on the tree. The white was pink.

Received the wrong item. Still waiting for the correct item to arrive. The correct ornament has arrived now and I am pleased with it. Aside from the shipping error this is a cute, personalized item that I do recommend.

Being truthfully honest, the item is very pretty and colorful. But be careful because name on grandma character can be confusing and customer service isn’t able/willing to help if you get confused and make an error. Just be careful and don’t make any mistakes.

The image makes the ornament look almost 3 D in the front. I didn’t realize it was an acrylic plate with image. It could have been my fault for not reading the description .

Would have been 5 stars if it would have shown up on time. If you offer 3-7 business days delivery, it shouldn't take 17 days to get it. Especially if you have to pay extra. The items are great. Should be long lasting.

Very disappointed in shipping! Order was made December 14 2025 arrived January 3 2026. Paid for Expedited shipping 3 to 7 business days. VERY POOR. Item was good quality. Just arrived Late, after paying extra for expedited shipping.
