SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of ordering and be shipped the next day after the processing day.

1. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia.

2. When will I receive my order?
The time frame of our order delivery is divided into two parts:
Order processing time: 1-3 days
Generally within 24 hours after placing the order, all orders will be sent to the company warehouse, they need order verification, quality inspection and packaging.
Shipping time: 4-10 days
The packaged items are shipped from our warehouse to the destination. The cooperative logistics is UPS or USPS.

Is delivery free?

Free shipping on orders over $70.00

If the total order amount is less than $70.00, Moerge will charge $9.99 for shipping.

Expedited Shipping | 3-5 Business Days, Moerge will charge $16.99 for shipping.

Do I need to pay customs duties?
You are responsible for checking the restricted items in your local postal regulations, because we are not responsible for any items that are not accepted in a particular country.
If you have any questions or unexpected delays during this period, and have not received the package, please contact our customer service in time, we will contact you within 24 hours.
