Here is my question… It appears to me as if the hearts need to be stained and sealed. If this is true, what color stain should I use? What kind of wood is this?
Store owner replied: Glad you asked! These are made of natural Pine wood. They can absolutely be stained and sealed to your liking. If you prefer a darker look, a Walnut stain is a classic choice. Finishing it with a clear sealant will help protect the wood for years to come. Thank you for your support!
